I’ve never really thought about this until I read this fabulous blog post, guest posted by Nichole Severn. When people ask “what I do”, my first response is always to say “I’m a mom” or “I’m a housewife”. And while those things are certainly true and never-ending, I’m also an author. And I always fail to mention that.
There is some great advice in this article about branding yourself and ways to stand out to readers. Hope it helps you on your journey to becoming an author, or if you already are one, that it helps grow your target audience. Click link to be redirected!

My second one is out & it’s done fairly well. Still working on the 3rd, which is proving to be a challenge. Lol. Is yours available now or still in the works? I really do love the cover.

You’re a talented novelist. I’m sure the 3rd one will be a best seller.
I’m gathering enough information for my novel. You know, it’s hard for a non-native writer to write like natives. Also my novel’s setting is in Maine. I must do lots of research about there.

Thank you. It would be nice to have a bestseller but I will not hold my breath! Lol! Yes, I imagine Maine is much different.
I wish you all the best with yours & please let me know when it’s available. I want to be one of the first to buy a copy!!!

Of course you’ll be one of the first readers! I may find the need to give my work to some great beta readers😜
